How It Works
The treatment for vascular conditions, rosacea, and broken capillaries often involves laser or light-based therapies. These treatments work by emitting wavelengths of light that are absorbed by the hemoglobin in the blood. This causes the blood to coagulate, which in turn damages the vessel and causes it to be reabsorbed by the body. Over time, the appearance of the blood vessels diminishes, leading to clearer, more even-toned skin. Multiple treatments may be required depending on the client.
